| These industrial crossovers provide safe and convenient access over your assembly lines, conveyor systems and other plant equipment. The stairways have a 48 degree slope allowing workers to descend facing outwards. Each crossover bridge component is heavy duty and all welded. 600lb capacity (4 to 1 safety factor) for all of these portable crossovers. - 3 part assembly with two stair sections and a bridge.
- The base frame and rails are constructed of heavy 1/14" schedule 40 pipe
- Standard tread: expanded metal or serrated grating for steps and bridge
*Option solid steel tread with abrasive mat on top platform to avoid debris falling onto system below, conveyors, etc...
- Full hand rails, mid-rails with toeboards.
- The Stair sections have 10" step spacing with 9" of horizontal run per step.
- Each stair section has four legs with large, pre-drilled plates to bolt to floor.
- Standard finish gray enamel
- Rated capacity 600lbs. Maximize the use of limited floor space while complying with OSHA requirements
- 4 to 1 Safety Factor
