Heavy Duty Mobile Work Platform
These industrial crossovers provide safe and convenient access over your assembly lines, conveyor systems and other plant equipment. The stairways have a 48 degree slope allowing workers to descend facing outwards. Each crossover bridge component is heavy duty and all welded. 600lb capacity (4 to 1 safety factor) for all of these portable crossovers. Choose the mobile crossover that is right for you and if you cannot see what you need ask for a custom designed.
 
Features:
  • 3 part assembly with two stair sections and a bridge.
  • The base frame and rails are constructed of heavy 1/14" schedule 40 pipe
  • Standard tread: expanded metal or serrated grating for steps and bridge
    *Option solid steel tread with abrasive mat on top platform to avoid debris falling onto system below, conveyors, etc...
  • Full hand rails, mid-rails with toeboards.
  • The Stair sections have 10" step spacing with 9" of horizontal run per step.
  • Each stair section has four legs with large, pre-drilled plates to bolt to floor.
  • Standard finish gray enamel
  • Rated capacity 600lbs. Maximize the use of limited floor space while complying with OSHA requirements
  • 4 to 1 Safety Factor

FOLLOW THESE STEPS WHILE PURCHASING:
  1. Figure platform size needed; Each platform is supported by a Stair Unit (MASU) or a Support (MAEU).
  2. Use a T-Adapter to connect Platforms; Use a S-Adapter to connect Platforms to Stair Units.
  3. Figure the amount of Stairway Railing and Platform Railing dependent on your need.
  4. Review your local building codes for railing & safety guidelines.
